Cedar Fair, L.P. is a limited partnership company. The Partnership is the regional amusement park operators in the world and owns eleven amusement parks, four outdoor water parks, one indoor water park and five hotels. During the year ended December 2012, the Partnership entertained more than 23 million visitors. All of the Partnership's parks are family-oriented, with recreational facilities for people of all ages, and provide clean and attractive environments with rides and entertainment.
