F.N.B. Corporation is a financial holding company and a bank holding company. The Company has four business segments: Community Banking, Wealth Management, Insurance and Consumer Finance. Through its subsidiaries, provides a range of financial services, principally to consumers and small- to medium-sized businesses in its market areas. As of December 31, 2011, it had total assets of $9.8 billion, loans of $6.9 billion and deposits of $7.3 billion. The Wealth Management segment consisted of a trust company, a registered investment advisor and a subsidiary that offered broker-dealer services, through a third party networking arrangement with a non-affiliated licensed broker-dealer entity. The Insurance segment consisted of an insurance agency and a reinsurer. The Consumer Finance segment consisted of a multi-state consumer finance company. In October 2013, PVF Capital Corp completed its merger with and into F.N.B. Corp (FNB).
