Empresa Distribuidora y Comercializadora Norte SA (EDENOR) is an Argentina-based company engaged, together with its fully consolidated subsidiaries Aeseba SA (AESEBA) and Empresa Distribuidora Electrica Regional SA (EMDERSA), in the distribution of electric power. The Company operates in a concession area, which comprises several municipalities of the Greater Buenos Aires metropolitan area. On April 5, 2013 it has completed the sale of a 100% stake in AESEBA SA to Servicios Electricos Norte BA SL (Servicios). On October 30, 2013, the Company completed the sale of an indirect stake the Company had held in Empresa Distribuidora Electrica Regional SA (EMDERSA), a parent company of Empresa Distribuidora de Electricidad de La Rioja (EDELAR), to Energia Riojana SA.
