Eagle Point Credit Company Inc. is a non-diversified, externally managed closed-end management investment company. The Company�s primary investment objective is to generate high current income, with a secondary objective to generate capital appreciation. The Company will seeks to achieve its investment objectives by investing primarily in equity and junior debt tranches of CLOs that are collateralized by a diverse portfolio consisting primarily of below investment grade United States senior secured loans. The Company may also invest in other securities and instruments that are related to these investments or that the Adviser believes are consistent with its investment objectives, including, among other investments, senior debt tranches of CLOs and loan accumulation facilities. Eagle Point Credit Management is the investment manager of the Company.
