Encana Corporation (Encana) is a North American energy producer. The Company�s other operations include the transportation and marketing of natural gas, oil and natural gas liquids (NGLs). All of Encana�s reserves and production are located in North America. The Company operates in two divisions: Canadian Division and USA Division. The Canadian Division includes the exploration for, development of, and production of natural gas, oil and NGLs and other related activities within Canada. USA Division includes the exploration for, development of, and production of natural gas, oil and NGLs and other related activities within the United States. In May 2014, Jonah Energy LLC acquired Jonah field operations located in Sublette County, Wyoming, from Encana Oil & Gas (USA) Inc., a subsidiary of Encana Corporation.
