Dynagas LNG Partners LP is a growth-oriented limited partnership focused on owning and operating LNG carriers. The Company�s Initial Fleet consists of three LNG carriers operating under multi-year charters with BG Group and Gazprom. The Optional Vessels consist of seven fully winterized newbuilding LNG carriers, four of which have been contracted to operate under multi-year charters with Gazprom, Statoil and Cheniere. In June 2014, Dynagas LNG Partners LP completed the acquisition of ownership interests in entity that owns and operates the 2013 built ice class liquefied natural gas carrier Arctic Aurora from Dynagas Holding Ltd.
