Crane Co. (Crane) is a diversified manufacturer of engineered industrial products. It operates in five segments: Aerospace & Electronics, Engineered Materials, Merchandising Systems, Fluid Handling and Controls. The Aerospace & Electronics segment has two groups, the Aerospace Group and the Electronics Group. The Engineered Materials segment manufactures fiberglass-reinforced plastic panels. The Merchandising Systems segment is comprised of two businesses, Vending Solutions and Payment Solutions. The Fluid Handling segment is a provider of engineered fluid handling equipment. The Controls segment provides customer solutions for sensing and control applications. In December 2013, the Company announced that it has completed the acquisition of MEI Conlux Holdings.
