Its owns 16 office buildings with a total of approximately 1.85 million square feet of net rentable area in the metropolitan areas of Boise (Idaho), Denver (Colorado), Portland (Oregon), Tampa (Florida), Allentown (Pennsylvania) and Orlando (Florida). Its portfolio includes Washington Group Plaza, Cherry Creek, AmberGlen, City Center, Corporate Parkway, and Central Fairwind. In June 2014, City Office REIT completed the acquisition of Plaza 25 in Denver, Colorado. In July 2014, City Office REIT acquired Lake Vista Pointe in Dallas, Texas.
