The Company's Utilities Group consists of the Company's regulated Electric Utilities and regulated Gas Utilities segments, and its Non-regulated Energy Group consists of of its Power Generation, Coal Mining and Oil and Gas segments. The Company's Electric Utilities segment generates, transmits and distributes electricity to approximately 202,000 electric customers in South Dakota, Wyoming, Colorado and Montana and also distributes natural gas to approximately 35,000 gas utility customers of Cheyenne Light in Cheyenne Wyoming. The Company's Gas Utilities segment serves approximately 532,000 natural gas utility customers in Colorado, Nebraska, Iowa and Kansas.
