The Trust owns its assets and conducts its operations through the Brandywine Operating Partnership, L.P. (Operating Partnership) and subsidiaries of the Operating Partnership. The Trust is the sole general partner of the Operating Partnership. The Trust's portfolio is managed through seven segments: Pennsylvania; Philadelphia Central Business District (CBD); Metropolitan Washington, D.C.; New Jersey/Delaware; Richmond, Virginia; Austin, Texas, and California. The Pennsylvania segment includes properties in Chester, Delaware and Montgomery counties in the Philadelphia suburbs. The Philadelphia CBD segment includes properties located in the City of Philadelphia in Pennsylvania.
