Effective July 25, 2014, Brookfield Asset Management Inc raised its interest to 17% from 8.92% by acquiring an 8.08% interest in Wilmington Capital Management Inc. Effective August 19, 2014, Brookfield Asset Management Inc (Brookfield) of Canada acquired a 26.5% interest in VLI SA.
