Grupo Aeroportuario del Sureste, SAB de CV (ASUR) is a Mexico-based company engaged in the management, operation and development of airport facilities. The Company operates nine airports in the Southeast region of Mexico, located in the municipalities of Cancun, Cozumel, Merida, Huatulco, Oaxaca, Veracruz, Villahermosa, Tapachula and Minatitlan. ASUR is primarily engaged in the provision of aeronautical services related to airline and passenger use of airports, with revenues derived from passenger fees, landing and aircraft parking fees, and boarding and security services. The Company also derives revenue from non-aeronautical activities, principally related to the commercial services offered at its airports, such as leasing of space to services providers, restaurants, retailers, and airlines, and access fees charged to third party airport service providers. Additionally, the Company is engaged in the development, maintenance and modernization of airport infrastructure.
