Antero Resources Midstream LLC partnership formed by Antero Resources Corporation (Antero) to own, operate and develop midstream energy properties to service Antero's. The Company�s properties consist of pipelines and compressor stations through which it provides midstream services to Antero. The projects are located in the southwestern core of the Marcellus Shale in northwest West Virginia and the Utica Shale in southern Ohio. Antero is the producer of natural gas and Natural-gas liquids (NGLs) in the Appalachian Basin, where it produced over one billion cubic feet per day (Bcfe/d). As of August 26, 2014, Antero has drilled approximately 215 wells. The net production in 2014 averaged 891 million cubic feet equivalent per day (MMcfe/d).
