Through its wholly owned subsidiaries, the Bank provides a variety of financial services to individuals, municipalities and businesses throughout its markets of operation. The Bank is the parent company of Delview, Inc., which is the parent company of Univest Insurance, Inc., an independent insurance agency, and Univest Investments, Inc., a full-service broker-dealer and investment advisory firm. In July 2014, the Company and its insurance subsidiary, Univest Insurance, Inc acquired Sterner Insurance Associates Inc.
