The Company operates in two segments: Oil and gases and Maintenance of Mineral Properties (including molybdenum and geothermal). In September 2013, US Energy Corp announced that it has closed the sale of its Remington Village apartment complex located in Gillette, Wyoming. In June 2014, it sold certain of its Williston Basin assets.
