The Bank is also subject to the Federal Deposit Insurance Act and regulatory reporting requirements of the FDIC. The Bank offers a range of commercial banking services primarily to the business and professional community and individuals located in Fresno, Madera, Kern and Santa Clara Counties. The Bank offers a range of deposit instruments, including personal and business checking accounts and savings accounts, interest-bearing negotiable order of withdrawal (NOW) accounts, money market accounts and time certificates of deposit.
