The Company�s family of brands includes LendingTree.com, GetSmart.com, DegreeTree.com, LendingTreeAutos.com, DoneRight.com, ServiceTree.com, InsuranceTree.com and HealthTree.com. Tree.com operates two business segments: LendingTree Loans and Exchanges. In June 2012, Tree.Com sold the operating assets of its Home Loan Center, Inc. business to a wholly owned subsidiary of Discover Financial Services.
