Care Investment Trust LLC subsidiary of Tiptree Financial Inc. and Premier Senior Living, L.L.C announced the closing of the acquisition of the real estate and operations of two senior housing facilities located in Baldwinsville and Geneva, New York. In February 2014, Tiptree Financial Inc acquired 67.5% in Luxury Mortgage Corp.
