Stock Yards Bancorp, Inc., formerly S.Y. Bancorp, Inc., is a bank holding company of Stock Yards Bank & Trust Company (the Bank). The Bank provides commercial and personal banking services in the Louisville, Kentucky, Indianapolis, Indiana and Cincinnati, Ohio metropolitan markets. In addition to commercial and personal banking activities, the Bank has an investment management and trust department offering a range of trust administration, investment management, employee benefit plan and estate administration, and financial planning services. As of December 31, 2011, the Bank was providing a range of financial services to individuals, corporations and others through its 30 full service banking locations. The Bank operates in two segments: commercial banking, and investment management and trust. In May 2013, the Company acquired The BANCorp, Inc.
