Its product lines include protection products, advanced communications products, power management and high-reliability products and wireless and sensing products. The high-end consumer market includes handheld products, tablet computers, set-top boxes, digital televisions, digital video recorders and other consumer equipment. Applications for the industrial market include automated meter reading, military and aerospace, medical, security systems, automotive, industrial and home automation, and other industrial equipment. In March 20, 2012, the Company acquired Gennum Corporation (Gennum). On March 7, 2012, the Company acquired Cycleo SAS.
