The Company�s wholly owned subsidiary, ServisFirst Bank, an Alabama banking corporation, provides commercial banking services through 12 full-service banking offices located in Alabama and the panhandle of Florida, as well as a loan production office in Nashville, Tennessee. Through the Bank, it originate commercial, consumer and other loans and accept deposits, provide electronic banking services, such as online and mobile banking, including remote deposit capture, deliver treasury and cash management services and provide correspondent banking services to other financial institutions. As of December 31, 2013, it had total assets of approximately $3.5 billion, total loans of approximately $2.9 billion, total deposits of approximately $3.0 billion and total stockholders� equity of approximately $297 million.
