Seed Holding, LLC and Stevia California, LLC are the Company�s wholly owned subsidiaries. As of January 29, 2010, Seed Holding, LLC owned 85% interest in S&W Seed. In January 2010, the Company acquired Seed Holding, LLC. In May 2010, the Company acquired S&W Seed Company, a general partnership. In July 2012, it acquired 640 acres of farmland in Calipatria, California, located in California's Imperial Valley. In August 2012, the Company purchased the rights to a portfolio of alfalfa varieties. In October 2012, the Company acquired Imperial Valley Seeds, Inc. In April 2013, it closed the acquisition of Seed Genetics International Pty Ltd.
