The Bank is a community-oriented financial institution engaged primarily in the business of attracting deposits from the general public, and using such funds, together with other borrowings, to invest in various commercial, commercial real estate, multi-family real estate, real estate construction, residential real estate and consumer loans. The Company considers Clark, Cowlitz, Klickitat and Skamania counties of Washington and Multnomah and Marion counties of Oregon as its primary market area. The Company conducts operations from its home office in Vancouver and 18 branch offices Camas, Washougal, Stevenson, White Salmon, Battle Ground, Goldendale, Vancouver (seven branch offices) and Longview, Washington and Portland, Gresham, Wood Village and Aumsville, Oregon.
