The Truck Segment operates a regional network of commercial vehicle dealerships under the name Rush Truck Centers. Rush Truck Centers sells commercial vehicles manufactured by Peterbilt, International, Hino, UD, Ford, Isuzu, Mitsubishi Fuso, IC Bus or Blue Bird. Through its network of Rush Truck Centers, it provides one-stop service for the needs of its commercial vehicle customers, including retail sales of new and used commercial vehicles, aftermarket parts sales, leasing and rental, and insurance products. In May 2013, the Company�s subsidiaries had acquired certain assets of Piedmont International Trucks. In January 2014, Rush Enterprises Inc acquired certain assets of CIT, Inc.
