Roma Bank operates from its main office in Robbinsville, New Jersey, and twenty-three branch offices located in Mercer, Burlington, Camden and Ocean Counties, New Jersey. RomAsia Bank operates from two branches located in Monmouth Junction and Edison, New Jersey. In December 2013, Investors Bancorp Inc competed its acquisition of Roma Financial Corp, and its subsidiary banks, Roma Bank and RomAsia Bank.
