The Company�s primary products support, protect, connect, terminate and secure cables and wires. It also provides solar hardware systems and mounting hardware for a variety of solar power applications. PLPC�s products include formed wire and related hardware products, protective closures, data communication cabinets, plastic products and other products. Its segments operates in four geographic regions: PLP-USA, The Americas, Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) and Asia-Pacific. In March 2014, the Company acquired Helix Uniformed Limited.
