The Bank also operates a loan production office in Denver, North Carolina. As of December 31, 2011, the Company had total assets of $1.1 billion, net loans of $653.9 million, deposits of $827.1 million, total securities of $327.1 million, and shareholders� equity of $103.0 million. The Bank operates four offices focused on the Latino population under the name Banco de la Gente (Banco). These offices are operated as a division of the Bank.
