Pro-Dex, Inc. (Pro-Dex) designs and produces powered surgical and dental instruments and motion control products used in the medical, factory automation and scientific research industries. The Company's products are found in hospitals, dental offices, medical engineering labs, scientific research facilities and high-tech manufacturing operations around the world. In addition to Pro-Dex, the names Micro Motors and Oregon Micro Systems are used for marketing purposes as brand names. In February 2012, the Company sold its fractional horsepower motor product line, operating under the name Pro-Dex Astromec. On July 5, 2013, the Company announced that it has completed the sale of its land and building in Carson City, Nevada.
