The Company builds software that allows companies to organize and manage their content, collaborate with business partners, and address regulatory and business requirements associated with information management. The Company's enterprise information management (EIM) solutions are based on five portfolios of product offerings, categorized as enterprise content management (ECM), business process management (BPM), customer experience management (CEM), information exchange (iX) and Discovery. In March 2013, the Company acquired Resonate Knowledge Technologies. Effective August 1, 2013, OpenText Corp of Canada acquired ICCM Solutions, a developer of enterprise management software. Effective August 16, 2013, OpenText Corp acquired Cordys BV, a provider of service oriented architecture (SOA) platform services. In January 2014, OpenText Corp merged with GXS Inc.
