The Bank operates as a community-oriented financial institution offering traditional financial services to consumers and businesses in its market area. The Bank attracts deposits from the general public and uses those funds to originate one- to four-family, multi-family and commercial real estate, construction, commercial business, and consumer loans. The Bank�s sole subsidiary is Naugatuck Valley Savings. Naugatuck Valley Savings has one subsidiary, Naugatuck Valley Mortgage Servicing Corporation. Its primary business is to service mortgage loans, which is transferred to Naugatuck Valley Mortgage Servicing.
