Nortech Systems Incorporated is an electronic manufacturing service (EMS) contract manufacturing company. The Company offers a full service of technical and manufacturing services and support including design, testing, prototyping, and supply chain management. The Company�s manufacturing services include complete medical devices, printed circuit board assemblies, wire and cable assemblies, and higher level electromechanical assemblies. The Company maintains manufacturing facilities in Minnesota including Bemidji, Blue Earth, Milaca, Mankato, Baxter, and Merrifield; as well as Augusta, Wisconsin and Monterrey, Mexico. The Company�s customers are original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) in the aerospace and defense, medical and industrial markets. On January 1, 2011, it completed the purchase of certain assets and certain liabilities relating to Winland Electronics, Inc. In January 2013, it purchased 58,000 square foot headquarters and manufacturing building.
