Nathan�s Famous, Inc. (Nathan�s) is engaged in the marketing of the Nathan's Famous brand and the sale of products bearing the Nathan's Famous trademarks through several different channels of distribution. The Company also own, through its subsidiary NF Treachers Corp., the Arthur Treacher's brand and trademarks. As of March 31, 2013, the Nathan's Famous restaurant system consisted of 303 franchised units and five Company-owned units (including one seasonal unit) located in 28 states, the Cayman Islands and eight foreign countries; its Nathan�s Famous Branded Product Program distributes its Nathan�s World Famous Beef Hot Dogs throughout all 50 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, Canada, the United States Virgin Islands, Guam and Mexico; and Nathan�s Famous packaged hot dogs and other products were offered for sale within approximately 33,000 supermarkets and club stores in 45 states
