The Company provides private-label contract manufacturing services to companies that market and distribute vitamins, minerals, herbal and other nutritional supplements, as well as other health care products, to consumers both within and outside the United States. In addition, NAI develops, manufactures and markets its own branded products under the Pathway to Healing product line. The Company manufactures products in a range of forms, including capsules, tablets, chewable wafers and powders to accommodate a range of consumer preferences. Natural Alternatives International Europe S.A. (NAIE), which is wholly owned subsidiary, operates a manufacturing, warehousing, packaging and distribution facility in Manno, Switzerland.
