As of July 31, 2012, the Brooklyn, New York - Fulton Street at Bond Street property was leased to 13 tenants of which two are retail stores, one is a fast food restaurant, two are for warehouse and eight leases are for office space. As of July 31, 2012, the Jamaica, New York - Jamaica Avenue at 169th Street was leased to 11 tenants: six are retail tenants and five for office space.
