The Company�s specialty retail and mass market fragrance and fragrance related products are marketed through its United States operations These fragrance products are sold under trademarks owned by the Company or pursuant to license or other agreements with the owners of brands which include the Gap, Banana Republic, Anna Sui, Brooks Brothers, bebe, Betsey Johnson, Nine West, Lane Bryant and Jordache.
