The Company has a second oral JAK1 and JAK2 inhibitor, LY3009104 (INCB28050), which is subject to a collaboration agreement with Eli Lilly and Company in which Lilly received worldwide development and commercialization rights for the compound for inflammatory and autoimmune diseases. The JAK family is composed of four tyrosine kinases JAK1, JAK2, JAK3 and Tyk2 that are involved in the signaling of a number of cytokines and growth factors.
