ICU Medical, Inc. is engaged in the development, manufacture and sale of medical devices used in infusion therapy, oncology and critical care applications. The Company�s product line includes custom infusion systems, closed delivery systems for hazardous drugs, needlefree infusion connectors, catheters and cardiac monitoring systems. Its products are used in hospitals and alternate medical sites in more than 55 countries worldwide. The Company categorizes its products into three main product lines: Infusion Therapy, Critical Care and Oncology. Products outside its main product lines are grouped under Other. The Company sells all of its products to medical product manufacturers, independent distributors and directly to the end user.
