GSI Technology, Inc. develops and markets memory products, including static random accesses memory (SRAM) and low latency dynamic random access memory (LLDRAM), that are incorporated primarily in networking and telecommunications equipment, such as routers, switches, wide area network infrastructure equipment, wireless base stations and network access equipment. In addition, the Company serves the ongoing needs of the military, industrial, test equipment and medical markets for SRAMs. The Company sells its products to original equipment manufacturer (OEM), customers, including Alcatel-Lucent, Cisco Systems and Huawei Technologies. The Company designs, develop and market a range of high-performance memory products primarily for the networking and telecommunications markets. It offers more than 30 families of SRAMs and two families of LLDRAMs.
