Green Brick Partners Inc, formerly BioFuel Energy Corp, is a shell company. The Company�s ethanol plants were owned and operated by the operating subsidiaries of the LLC (the Operating Subsidiaries). As of December 31, 2013, the Company had not generated any revenue. The Company operated two dry-mill ethanol production facilities located in Wood River, Nebraska and Fairmont, Minnesota.
