As of December 31, 2012, the Company provided commercial banking services from 108 locations in Montana, Idaho, Wyoming, Colorado, Utah and Washington. The Company offers a range of banking products and services, including transaction and savings deposits, real estate, commercial, agriculture, and consumer loans, mortgage origination services and retail brokerage services. The Company serves individuals, small to medium-sized businesses, community organizations and public entities. As of December 31, 2012, the Company had nine wholly owned subsidiaries, which consisted of Bank and eight non-bank subsidiaries. In September 2014, the Company acquired FNBR Holding Corporation and its subsidiary, First National Bank of the Rockies.
