The Company through its wholly owned bank subsidiary, First Interstate Bank (the Bank), it delivers a range of banking products and services to individuals, businesses, municipalities and other entities throughout Montana, Wyoming and western South Dakota. As of December 31, 2012, the Company operated 76 banking offices in 42 communities located in Montana, Wyoming and western South Dakota. As of January 31, 2012, the Company had consolidated assets of $7.7 billion, deposits of $6.2 billion, loans of $4.2 billion and total stockholders� equity of $751 million. In addition to its primary emphasis on commercial and consumer banking services, the Company also offers trust, employee benefit and investment and insurance services through its bank subsidiary.
