iShares Emerging Markets Infrastructure ETF (the Fund), formerly iShares S&P Emerging Markets Infrastructure Index Fund, is an exchange-traded fund (ETF). The Fund seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance of the S&P Emerging Markets Infrastructure Index (the Index). The Index is designed to track performance of 30 of the largest publicly listed companies in the infrastructure industry in the emerging markets. The Index includes three distinct infrastructure sub-sectors: energy, transportation and utilities. The Fund invests in a representative sample of securities included in the Index that collectively has an investment profile similar to the Index. The Fund�s investment adviser is BlackRock Fund Advisors.
