Educational Development Corporation (EDC) is a trade publisher of the line of educational children�s books produced in the United Kingdom by Usborne Publishing Limited (Usborne). The Company Publishing and Usborne Books and More (UBAM), to sell these books. These two divisions each have their own customer base. The Publishing Division markets its products on a wholesale basis to various retail accounts. The UBAM Division markets its products to individual consumers as well as to school and public libraries through direct-selling consultants.
