The Dixie Group, Inc. is engaged in marketing, manufacturing and selling carpets and rugs to residential and commercial customers through the Fabrica International, Masland Carpets and the Dixie Home brands. A portion of its manufacturing capacity is used to process yarns and provides carpet dyeing and finishing services to other carpet manufacturers. It operates in a single line of business, Carpet Manufacturing. On November 2, 2012, the Company acquired the Colormaster carpet dyeing facility in Calhoun, Georgia from Lineage PCR, Inc. In July 2013, Dixie Group Inc announced that it has completed the acquisition of Robertex Associates Inc. In March 2014, Dixie Group Inc acquired Atlas Carpet Mills Inc.
