China Natural Resources Inc. (CHNR) is a holding company. Through the Company�s operating subsidiaries, the Company is engaged in the acquisition and exploitation of mining rights, including the exploration, mineral extraction, processing and sales of iron, zinc and other nonferrous metals extracted or produced at mines primarily located in Anhui Province in the People�s Republic of China (PRC), and the acquisition and exploitation of mining rights, including the exploration, construction, development and operation of coal mines located in Guizhou Province, the PRC. The Company�s metal mining operations are conducted by Wuhu Feishang, a PRC company that is wholly owned by Feishang Mining. The Company also conducts its non-ferrous metal exploration activities through Yunnan Mining.
