BancFirst Corporation is financial holding company and a bank holding company. The Company conducts all of its operating activities through its principal wholly owned subsidiary, BancFirst (the Bank), a state-chartered bank in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The Company has four principal business units: metropolitan banks, community banks, other financial services, and executive, operations and support. As of December 31, 2012, the Company has 93 banking locations serving 51 communities throughout Oklahoma. The Bank provides a range of retail and commercial banking services, including commercial, real estate, agricultural and consumer lending; depository and funds transfer services; collections; safe deposit boxes; cash management services; retail brokerage services, and other services tailored for both individual and corporate customers. The Bank also offers trust services and acts as executor, administrator, trustee, transfer agent and in various other fiduciary capacities.
