PT Sampoerna Agro Tbk is an Indonesia-based palm oil manufacturer. Together with its subsidiaries, the Company engages in the production of palm products, which are crude palm oil (CPO) and palm kernel (PK); palm kernel products, which include palm kernel oil and palm kernel expelle; germinated palm seeds, and non- palm oil products, which consist of rubber and sago products. The operational areas for the Company are located in South Sumatra, Riau, West Kalimantan and Central Kalimantan. The Company is engaged in developing plasma estates and managing collaboration with local smallholders through several forms of plasma schemes, such as Kemitraan. In addition, the Company also produces oil palm seed in Indonesia.
