South China Assets Holdings is listed on the GEM in July 2002. In 2007, it completed the acquisition of a prime commercial site in Shenyang, which has been developed into the company's principal investment property, and transformed itself into a mainland property developer and investor. The company adopted its present name from 15 December 2015. In May 2009, the company successfully won the bid by way of public tender for another commercial site in Shenyang. The 45,000 square-meter site is located on the extension of Zhongjie, the busiest retail pedestrian street of Shenyang, and is 800 meters from its first Shenyang project. In March 2010, SCA further expanded its presence in Shenyang through the acquisition of a mixed-use site in Huanggu district. In July 2010, the company entered into an agreement with the Cangzhou Government for the development of Cangzhou Project, which covers a site area of 24,000mu with a developable GFA of 20 million square meters. The company has established a strong foothold in Shenyang commercial property market and become one of the major developers in Bohai Bay. Currently the company has 3 projects in Shenyang City, Liaoning Province and 3 development projects in Bohai Bay.
