Theta Edge Berhad (formerly known as Lityan Holdings Berhad) is one of Malaysia's earliest Information Communications Technology (ICT) service provider and is a member of the Tabung Haji Group. Established in 1984, the Group made its debut on the Second Board of the then Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange on March 1st 1994 and moved to the Main Board on November 1st 1999 (now known as Main Market) and is currently categorized under the Technology sector of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. Theta Edge's subsidiary and associate companies are involved in the three (3) main competencies which are advanced technology, systems integration, and managed telecommunications.
