AWC Facility Solutions Berhad (AWC) was incorporated on 13 June 2001 and is the investment holding company for a group of companies involved in the business of integrated facility management (IFM) and mechanical & electrical engineering (M&E). AWC was successfully listed on the Second Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 9 September 2003. AWC Group operates under two divisions namely the IFM Division and the M&E Engineering Division. The IFM Division holds the Concession from the Government to provide comprehensive facility management services to Government buildings and also provides the same services for the private sector such as for commercial, educational and industrial buildings. The M&E Engineering Division provides various M&E Engineering and Consultancy Services which complement the IFM Division.
